Production Associate

Our client, a leader in the distribution of sports apparel and accessories is seeking Weekend and 3rd shift Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse/Production team supporting daily fulfillment operations including picking, packing, loading, and unloading. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate, Wkds

Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Weekend Shift (Saturday through Tuesday) 7am-5pm, with overtime across the remaining days of the week
3rd Shift (Sunday through Thursday) 11pm-3:30pm with overtime across the remaining days of the week. 

What's the Job?

• Pick and pack clothes and apparel accurately in a brand-new startup warehouse
• Complete order picking tasks to support timely fulfillment
• Help maintain organized inventory flow to keep products moving smoothly
• Support basic maintenance and upkeep of the work area as needed
• Operate or assist with forklift-related tasks when required (as applicable)

What's Needed?

• Experience with packing and order picking
• Ability to work reliably during the weekend shift schedule and overtime as expected
• Composite boots required for the role
• Reliable transportation, since the site is not located along the bus route
• Ability to follow warehouse processes and maintain accuracy in inventory handling

Turno: Turno de fin de semana (sábado a martes) de 7am a 5pm, con horas extra durante el resto de los días de la semana

¿En qué consiste el trabajo?

• Empacar y surtir ropa y prendas de vestir con precisión en un almacén nuevo tipo startup
• Realizar tareas de order picking para apoyar el cumplimiento oportuno
• Ayudar a mantener el flujo de inventario organizado para que los productos se muevan sin contratiempos
• Apoyar con mantenimiento básico y la limpieza/orden del área de trabajo cuando sea necesario
• Apoyar o realizar tareas relacionadas con montacargas cuando se requiera (según aplique)

¿Qué se necesita?

• Experiencia en empaque y order picking
• Capacidad para presentarte de forma confiable durante el horario del turno de fin de semana y para cubrir horas extra (según se espera)
• Se requieren botas compuestas (composite boots) para el puesto
• Transporte confiable, ya que el sitio no está en una ruta de autobús
• Capacidad para seguir procesos del almacén y mantener la exactitud al manejar inventario
