Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the building materials industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality shingle products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a commitment to efficiency, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Day Shift (06:00-14:00)

What's the Job?

• Manually fold roof ridges using gloved hands without the use of tools or machinery
• Maintain safety standards by wearing appropriate PPE and bringing safety shoes
• Meet production targets of 12 boxes per hour to ensure workflow efficiency
• Participate in startup, shutdown, cleanup, and routine maintenance activities
• Adhere to standard procedures and safety protocols to prevent at-risk behaviors

• Ability to perform manual tasks with attention to detail
• Willingness to work a consistent day shift schedule
• Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
