Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a leader in warehousing and logistics services, is seeking a Job Information Associate III, Equipment Operations to join their team. As a Job Information Associate III, Equipment Operations, you will be part of the warehousing support team, contributing to efficient material handling and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Job Information Associate III, Equipment Operations

Location: Carol Stream, IL until June, Warehouse relocating to Melrose Park IL

Pay Rate: $21

Shift: 11AM-7:30PM Monday - Friday, OT on Saturday as required 

What's the Job?

• Operate and drive warehouse equipment such as trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, and order selectors to handle and transport materials efficiently.
• Support warehousing activities by receiving, moving, and organizing materials within the facility.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during equipment operation and material handling.
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment usage.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What's Needed?

• Basic PC skills and proficiency in using analytical tools.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to work 10 hours per day and additional days on weekends if needed.
• Background in warehousing and material handling preferred.
• Certified forklift operator (Order Selector/Cherry Picker, Reach Truck) 
• High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift license or commercial driving license may be required.
