Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehouse operations team is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations group supporting daily material movement and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the focus to keep work areas organized and compliant.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Brown Summit, NC

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 1st shift (7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday)

What's the Job?

• Operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve materials from racking locations.
• Support order picking by locating, selecting, and staging products for shipment.
• Stage materials accurately and efficiently to keep outbound processes moving.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be prepared for overtime when business needs require it.

What's Needed?

• Experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail when moving materials and staging orders.
• Willingness to support overtime based on business needs.
