Our client, a leading organization in industrial operations, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Storeroom Clerk to join their team. As a vital part of the warehouse and logistics support department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management, supporting maintenance and production teams, and ensuring a safe and organized storeroom environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Storeroom Clerk

Location: Wurtland, KY

Pay Range: $14.63 (+ production bonus)

Shift: Night shift, most likely 5-10s, Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, tools, and supplies to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain precise inventory records using computerized inventory management systems.
  • Perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventory audits, and stock shelves, bins, and storage areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and stock shortages promptly.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as needed to support daily operations.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for managing inventory records.
  • Willingness to follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
