US-La Grange-Operator I

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I

Location: La Grange, NC

Pay Range:

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations, making adjustments as needed
• Complete changeovers and material feedthroughs
• Perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs and conduct first piece inspections and guard checks

What's Needed?

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to operate gauges and calipers for inspection
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment with heavy lifting
