Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the physical handling and management of storage materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist 

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Range: $17.68

Shift: 09:00:AM - 05:30:PM

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
• Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes weighing from 10 to 100 lbs
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Read labels and track inventory using proprietary computer systems
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing storage areas

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes regularly without assistance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good reading and writing skills in English
• Physical stamina to kneel, squat, reach, and bend frequently
