We're seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to help pull, organize, and prepare industrial trailer parts for production and shipment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and keeping materials organized in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location: Lincolnton, NC
Pay Rate: $18.50/Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do:
- Pick and pull trailer parts for customer orders and production
- Pack and stage materials for shipment
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain organized inventory locations
- Support daily warehouse operations
- Help ensure inventory accuracy and efficient material flow
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in picking, packing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling industrial trailer parts
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
