Our client, an electrical connection and protection solutions organization, is seeking a Cycle Counter Material Handler to join their team. As a Cycle Counter Material Handler, you will be part of the manufacturing operations support team, helping drive inventory accuracy and reliable material flow. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to analyze discrepancies to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Pay Range: $21
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm
What's the Job?
- Perform shipping, receiving, storage, picking, checking, and loading duties following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Machine Operating Procedures (MOP).
- Complete inventory transactions to maintain accurate records and inventory balances.
- Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklift, stock picker, and RF scanners.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintain warehouse equipment in good working condition.
- Support the cycle count program by generating daily material count lists, performing physical counts, analyzing discrepancies, and updating inventory records in JD Edwards.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of solid performance in manufacturing materials positions.
- Forklift experience is required, including sit-down, stock picker, turret, and walkie lifts.
- Knowledge of material flow processes and safety policies/procedures with the ability to promote compliance.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes of inventory errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Computer skills including Windows platform, Word and Excel, JD Edwards, and Internet navigation; ability to enter and update data accurately.
