Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Southborough, MA

Pay Range: $19/Hr

Shift: Sun-Wed 5:00AM to 3:30PM, Wed-Sat 5:00AM to 3:30PM

What's the Job?

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials efficiently within the warehouse
• Assist with pallet stacking, loading, and unloading shipments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including janitorial cleanup as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations
• Support team members in daily warehouse activities to meet operational goals

What's Needed?

• Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines
