Packer -1st shift

Our client, a leading organization in the baking industry, is seeking dedicated Packers to join their dynamic team. As a Packers, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient product handling and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Packers

Location: Mount Vernon, NY

Pay Rate: 17.75/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Take products off a conveyor belt and pack them into bread trays
• Stack packed trays on top of each other on dollies for easy transport
• Ensure accurate and efficient packing to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and dress code requirements

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. regularly and occasionally 40-50 lbs.
• Comfortable walking and standing for long periods
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic physical stamina and reliability
• Adherence to dress code: long pants, shirts with sleeves, sturdy closed-toe work boots
