Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leader in the filtration industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $16.50/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Safely pick and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate packaging and documentation for shipments.
• Receive inbound freight, verify accuracy against packing slips, and prepare products for shipping.
• Utilize manual or mechanical equipment to load and unload products, maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Participate in the production of special sized filters as needed, following documented procedures.
• Conduct regular self-audits and assist in physical inventory processes to ensure operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to participate in required training initiatives and adapt to new procedures.
