Warehouse Fork Lift Operator

Our client, a warehouse and distribution operation, is seeking a Warehouse Fork Lift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Fork Lift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting day-to-day material movement, storage, and order readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and a detail-oriented mindset that helps keep inventory accurate and operations running smoothly.

Job Title: Warehouse Fork Lift Operator

Location: Union City, CA

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, load, and unload materials.
• Load, unload, stack, and transport raw materials, finished products, and inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Locate and retrieve products within the warehouse, placing items in designated storage areas and maintaining organized inventory locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and support accurate inventory records.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks, reporting malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, count inventory, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work with inventory systems; strong attention to detail and workplace safety.
