Our client, a global technology company specializing in data center construction and infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager (EHS) to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management Department supporting Data Center Construction and Project Delivery Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager (EHS)
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $75.95 - $81.80 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Review and assess health & safety implications of changes during construction projects.
  • Develop and implement reporting and communication structures for project safety performance.
  • Conduct independent health & safety audits and monitor site compliance.
  • Coordinate construction work activities and evaluate high-risk operations.
  • Deliver safety training, document observations, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
  • 5-8 years of Construction EHS experience.
  • Experience in data center construction projects and construction safety standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
