Screen Printer

Our client, a screen printing and production team, is seeking a Screenprinter to join their team. As a Screenprinter, you will be part of the production floor supporting scheduled manufacturing runs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a hands-on mindset, and the drive to keep quality consistent from setup to finished product.

Job Title: Screenprinter

Location: New Windsor, NY

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-1:00pm

What's the Job?

• Take ownership of the complete screen-printing production process, from preparation through production and quality control.
• Ensure the correct mesh screens are prepared and available on time for scheduled production.
• Operate and maintain the screen-printing machine responsibly and safely.
• Set up the machine correctly for each job and verify that the proper settings, screens, inks, and materials are being used.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues involving the printing machine, screens, ink, or other parts of the printing process, and take immediate action when problems arise.

What's Needed?

• Previous screen printing experience required.
• Ability to verify job setup details (screens, inks, settings, and materials) and maintain consistent quality.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address production issues quickly and accurately.
• Commitment to keeping the work area, equipment, screens, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
• Responsibility and communication skills to escalate issues that require additional assistance.
