What's the job?

* Responsible for giving administrative support within the Maintenance Department - data entry of purchase orders and approving invoices through SAP; create weekly reports on Preventive Maintenance Program; maintaining records of all equipment, parts and lead times

* In charge of maintaining maintenance inventory by completing cycle counts as per company policies and programs

* Responsible for scheduling planned maintenance activities with the help of the Production Manager and Production Scheduler

* In charge of the Preventive Maintenance in assigning work orders to maintenance staff

* Responsible for effective communication within different departments - Production, Sanitation and Maintenance departments in compliance with GMP's and Health & Safety rules

What you bring to the job?

* You've got great work attitude and interest to work in this kind of industry and department

* You have minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Maintenance, Parts Department or related industry

* You're highly organized and a team player

* You understand the demands of a high paced manufacturing maintenance environment

* You have strong analytical skills, high sense of ownership and accountability and able to think outside of the box to find solutions

* You have experience in SAP (asset)

* You have post-secondary school diploma in a technical field or procurement and equivalent work experience

* You are willing to work in Winnipeg, MB
