Job Description

A local tool making company located in Edinburgh, IN is looking for administrative support for their Mold Maintenance area on a part time/Permanent basis.

What's the job?

As a Back Office Support Clerk you would provide support to workshop manager in handling packing slips, purchasing orders, suppliers/customers invoices, research and manage basic logistics service, receptionist, reply at company main telephone line, and keep the office clean and tidy. Additional tasks include interface with main office located in Italy to load all the mentioned documents in the company remote server.

What I bring to the job?

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- 1-3 years back office or administrative experience preferred

- Intermediate level knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and open to learning new software.

- Familiarity with database entry with high level of attention to detail and accuracy of data entry work

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines

- Working knowledge of mail processes, such as postage machine, UPS, etc.

- Ability to stand, stop, bend, reach, lift up to 30 pounds and carry files.

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignment.

- Experience handling office equipment

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
