Job Description

Manpower is looking for a Human Resources Data Strategist for a large Insurance client downtown Milwaukee!

This role is an integral part of enabling, supporting and measuring the progress of our talent strategy through metrics and analytics. We're searching for an experienced HR Professional who has partnered with HR Leadership to define the right questions, trends, analytics, KPI's and reports that enable talent strategies and transformation of the business. Day to day accountabilities will include meeting with HR leaders, embedded business partners and business leaders to understand our workforce and what key measures can help drive our transformation. This individual will use their HR experience to mold those conversations into actionable measures, statistics, metrics and visualizations. Those work items will then be defined and prioritized with the Workforce Analytics team to build and operationalize. While not a technical role, the candidate will be expected to understand the enablers and limitations of dashboards, reports, visualization tools and data models.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, math, statistics, business or related field.

* 10+ years' experience in progressively responsible roles in systems, human resources and work force data analysis roles, developing a deep and broad technical knowledge

* Extensive experience working with data and developing, designing and presenting analytics, including programming experience and work with multiple data bases.

* Understands trends and issues of utilizing data for decision making

* Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate, gain the confidence and work successfully with home office senior leaders in a variety of areas across the company.

* Proven ability to lead decision making process through idea sharing and consensus building.

* Proven ability to frame-out rough ideas and transform them into data that illustrates outcomes.

* Proven management skills including negotiating, leadership, delegation, planning and organization

* Must have experience in data drive talent strategies in a large organization and understand the enablers and limitations of dashboards, reports and data models.

* Experience using analytical tools such as Power BI, etc.

This is a 1 year contract with possibility of extension.
