Job Description

Manpower is currently recruiting for Help Centre Customer Service Reps Level 2 for our Client in Western NB. These positions are one year contracts to start with possibilities of extensions and you must be available 24/7. These positions will start right away for the right candidates and pays $25/hour.



As a Help Centre CSR Level 2, you will be responsible for providing customer support via all incoming support channels such as telephone, email, chat and web channels. You will perform call backs as required and identify hardware/software requests on customer accounts. You will also support team members and may be asked to help resolve more complex issues.



You will need to have:



- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Understanding of system resources and allocation

- Minimum keyboarding speed of 30 WPM

- Flexible work style - ability to work shifts and weekends

- Professional work attitude, ability to learn

- Proficient in demonstrating ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures (e.g.HELP DESK Knowledge base Tool)

- Accurately log all interactions via established business processes and tools

- Learn and become knowledgeable of customer products and services

- Effectively manage length of calls/handle time

- Promote teamwork and contact center success

- Microsoft Standard Office Products (Outlook/Word/Excel)

- Proficiency in navigating and configuring the OS

 
