Job Description

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Administrative Assistant with a "can do" attitude. This position is fast paced and requires significant agility. Must be upbeat, outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, and willing to take direction. The ability to handle last minute requests with a positive and friendly attitude.



The tasks assigned may vary frequently as business needs change. This position requires the ability to work well independently, sometimes with minimal guidance. This person will handle confidential records for contract and employee onboarding and offboarding documentation.



Tasks may eventually include: expense reporting, heavy calendaring in Outlook, conference room reservations, travel set up and itineraries, event set up/coordination and facilitation, miscellaneous requests from staff for assistance with procedures, purchases, and reporting items to Service Center, Housekeeping, Helpdesk, etc.



Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma with 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

* Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in an office environment for administrative work.

* Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

* Computer literate and tech savvy with experience in Microsoft Windows, Ricoh copiers, IPad, Internet search, etc.
