What does a Manpower recruiter do?

As a Manpower recruiter, the assignment is only the start and meaningful relationships are key to success - our recruiters are also dedicated career coaches focused on temporary associate career development, through traditional performance feedback and coaching as well as supporting training and development through our MyPath programs. You will drive all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to meet the long-term needs of our candidates, associates and clients.

* Attract, engage, market, employ and advance (i.e., level up) candidates/associates.

* Build a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs.

* Develop relationships with hiring managers on existing accounts to secure future and expanded opportunities.

* Drive associate and client satisfaction by matching top talent to great work opportunities and maintain loyalty.

* Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms.

* Understand and educate others on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.

Where is this position located?

This position will be based primarily out of our Allentown branch location (with travel to client and community sites within Lehigh/Northampton counties); however additional travel within Greater Lehigh Valley (including western NJ) and Berks county will be required occasionally.

What experienced should I have in order to be considered?

* Industry: 1 year experience in staffing, professional customer service, and/or sales

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent

* Digital Literacy: Desktop programs including MS Office 201x), Social applications (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn)

* Nice to Have:

* Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree

* Technical: Proficient in an ATS (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp)

What pay and benefits are offered?

This is a ManpowerGroup staff position, and salary will be based upon experience. Salary, bonuses and incentives programs, and benefit details can be discussed at the time of interview.
