Bilingual IT Help Desk Associate

This position supports the objectives of the I.T. team, and in particular, providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers through technical support on all I.T.


- Bilingual in both French and English (oral and written)

- Enjoy working with computers and you have relevant experience

- Have experience in a call center atmosphere

- Good attention to details

- Can successfully pass a criminal back ground check

Are you:

- High in energy, organized, hardworking and articulate person who likes to solve problems and have fun in the process

- Strong in troubleshooting and problem-solving

- Excellent communication and phone skills - Fluent in English (Written and verbal)

- Comfortable providing user support on data networking

- Post-Secondary education - Computer Systems, Software Programming, or Information Technology

- Provide first and second level support for clients that call in with various issues

- Respond to IT requests
