Job Summary

The customer service representative (CSR) is responsible for taking and verifying the accuracy of customer orders prior to placing the order into Macola system. The CSR is expected to use independent analysis and judgment skills to answer customer inquiries or resolve problems related to the customer's account or order status via phone, email, or fax. This position requires collaborative efforts with the engineering, production, and shipping departments. With comprehensive experience the customer service representative can move into jobs that involve more skill and greater responsibility.


Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with emphasis on customer service

Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work schedule

Ability to take responsibility for quality and quantity of work performed

Ability to effectively write and read English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving skills and ability to react quickly to resolve problems

Strong attention to detail

Ability to organize and prioritize work.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others toward mutual objectives

Knowledge of MS Office Software

Macola experience preferred
