Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations. Must have strong prioritization and multitasking skills, a sense of urgency, and display excellent verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport, build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.



Day shift, $16/hr and located in Waite Park, this position involves working with industrial auto parts - selling, inventory and processing orders for current and prospective customers.



Specific qualifications for the role include:

*Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

*Mechanical and mathematical aptitude

*Excellent telephone skills

*Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly

*Strong computer skills, particularly Excel

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)

*SAP / ERP experience, preferred

*Knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics preferred

You will also occasionally have hands-on duties that will require mechanical aptitude.
