THE POSITION: Senior Recruiter

The Shade Store is experiencing a period of unprecedented growth and we are looking for a results driven Senior Recruiter to have a direct impact on this company's continued growth!



RESPONSIBILITIES:



Collaborate with hiring managers in our home office and own the recruiting process end to end

Understand recruiting needs and design the best recruiting strategy for each position

Find top talent by sourcing qualified candidates and creating a high-quality pipeline

Lead field retail recruitment efforts for assigned markets

Provide your recommendations and partner with the Director of Recruiting on hiring decisions

Own the negotiation process with final stage candidates, from offer to acceptance

Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our recruitment process

Create and own an amazing and positive candidate experience including the pre-boarding and new hire experience

Initiate continuous improvement initiatives that support our growing company including employee referrals, recruiting events, etc



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



Bachelor's degree required

3-5 years of experience recruiting

Recruiting within the luxury retail/design industry preferred, but not required

Experience in recruiting for relationship sales roles through social networks - a great advantage

Experience conducting in person interviews - a must

Excellent knowledge of labor regulations

Strong sourcing capabilities

Proven ability to be self-motivated and accountable

Strong focus on execution and a can do approach

A strong communicator - both written and verbal

A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our team's and company's success

Detail oriented and process-driven
