CALLING ALL ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLERS FOR SMALL CURCUIT ASSEMBLY!! Are you interested in a position in Defense Equipment Manufacturing? Are you looking for steady hours in a safe and comfortable work environment? Manpower has immediate openings for Electrical Assemblers in the Pembroke and Ottawa Valley Area.

What is the job?

*Maintaining a clean work environment

*Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

*Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.

*Sets initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.

*Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.

*May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.

*May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

What you bring to the job?

*Small Electronic Electrical Assembly: 2 years' experience

*Manufacturing is an asset

*Excellent communication skills

*Must be able to lift 40 lbs + without assistance.

*Must be able to follow instructions and ask questions.

*Must be able to work in a team environment.

*Perform a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
