Job Description

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

* Will report directly to the Recycling Supervisor.

* Must perform all initial training of recycling area jobs and report to the Recycling Supervisor daily on the status of training.

* Assist Shift Managers and Recycling Team Leaders in evaluation of Recycling employees.

* Ensure all training documents are kept up to date with compliance and inform the Recycling Supervisor of any concerns.

* Assist the Recycling Supervisor in process improvement of all roles and tasks.

* Conduct retraining and development of any Recycling employees that may be experiencing difficulties in their role.

* Will assist in the Recycling area when not training as directed by the Recycling Supervisor.

* You will be responsible for ensuring all employees trained are capable of performing the tasks required of them before signing off on their training and will immediately report to the Recycling Supervisor any concerns as soon as possible in the training.

Requirements are:

* Demonstrate leadership skills and organizational skills.

* Demonstrate ability to train others with excellent communication skills.

* Demonstrate expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point

* Prior Work Experience - Successful prior work experience in a supervisory capacity with the ability to demonstrate appropriate work habits and behaviors.

* Specific Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Characteristics - The individual in this position should be a team player who is highly service oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure. Must enjoy a fast paced work environment and possess strong communication skills.

* The ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things (e.g., work related materials and equipment) to determine courses of action.

* Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks without losing composure and compromising productivity.

* Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.).

* Must be clean shaven and able to qualify for respirator use.

* Prior forklift, clamp truck, tugger experience preferred.
